Xosha Roquemore

Xosha Roquemore is an actress and writer, most widely known for her role as Tamra on “The Mindy Project”. Her first big onscreen role was JoAnn in Lee Daniels’ 2009 Academy Award winning film “Precious”. She recently starred in Ava DuVernay’s anthology series “Cherish the Day”. Other credits include Showtime’s BLACK MONDAY and IM DYING UP HERE, THE DISASTER ARTIST, FIRST WIVES CLUB and BRIAN BANKS.
